這個月初,很多人通過媒體報道認識了一位超級騙子,他就是原華爾森集團總裁謝根榮,他請人用廉價玉片做出了兩件驚世“古董”:金縷玉衣和銀縷玉衣。誰能想到這兩件假“古董”,卻“逃”過了包括原故宮博物院副院長楊伯達等在內(nèi)5名頂級專家的法眼,開出了24個億的天價評估。謝最終憑此從銀行騙貸10億。你以為是專家看走眼了嗎?非也!專家們承認評估時連假“古董”的玻璃罩子都沒打開,只圍著走了一趟。而據(jù)人民日報海外版昨日報道,這不是一個孤例,95%的藏家收藏了95%的贗品,鑒定專家和贗品同樣泛濫。
文物鑒定業(yè)存在大量偽專家,這是一個不爭之實。之所以泛濫,與鑒定從業(yè)人員入行門檻較低有關。在獲取鑒定人員資格證書時,不少人并未經(jīng)過嚴格的分類考試、資格審核,鑒定水平良莠不齊。報道舉例說,故宮博物院某鑒定專家辦了一個培訓班,一些藏家報名去聽取了幾堂課,拿到“結業(yè)證書”后就搖身一變成了“資深鑒定師”,并打著“某某鑒定專家弟子”的幌子招搖撞騙。這種由“速成班”速成的專家,等同于過去花錢買文憑和駕照,蒙人還要害人。雖然這種“速成班”學費挺高,但只要證書一到手,就有了賺大錢資本,所以,在一些人眼里學費高點算不了啥。當然,隨著收藏熱不斷升溫,辦班專家或機構也從中能賺個盆滿缽滿,雙方可謂實現(xiàn)雙贏。這種現(xiàn)象不是文物鑒定業(yè)所獨有,書畫鑒定業(yè)等也差不多。
學術造假,是一個令人不恥行為,而我們現(xiàn)在卻有一方讓偽專家名利雙收的王道樂土。這就是市場需要他們說“瞎話”,不惜重金買他們的“瞎話”。無論是賣方還是買方,在評估時都希望專家給個“高價”,價高說明東西珍貴,好出手,好質(zhì)押。有的買主把東西買下后,即使發(fā)現(xiàn)是贗品,也不張揚,而是通過專家再抬高估價進行轉手,實施聯(lián)手欺詐。特別是這種欺詐,作為專家一方不承擔任何風險。不是嗎,謝根榮逃脫不了法律制裁,而替他說“瞎話”的專家有誰受到追究的?估計風頭一過,照樣會以鑒定大師的身份招搖過市了。有吃有喝有拿,一年幾個鑒定做下來,收入遠遠高出在單位上班的薪酬,請問有幾人能夠用良知抵擋這種誘惑?
對學術造假零容忍,這話幾乎是光說不練。在有的國家就非常嚴厲,比如加拿大蒙特利爾心臟病研究所藥學系教授王志國,因兩篇論文造假,被加拿大蒙特利爾心臟病研究所關閉實驗室,免去科研權利。在我國偽專家泛濫的文物鑒定業(yè),我以為此力度還不夠,還應該上升到法律層面,就像對足球吹“黑哨”的教練和股市“黑嘴”追究刑責一樣。若要對文物鑒定業(yè)偽專家追究刑責,在我國刑法中同樣可以找到法律依據(jù)——資產(chǎn)評估弄虛作假,可追究“提供虛假證明文件罪”。
蘋果“誘禍”
蘋果手機現(xiàn)在的市場地位有點類似小清新為禍江湖的場景。
不知何時起,但凡貼上單反(掛繩還一定要繞在手上以示專業(yè)和不羈)、豆瓣、帆布鞋、陳老師……標簽的小丫頭們都給自己改了個名叫“小清新”,而且人人內(nèi)心竊喜,都以為自己就像孫二娘的黑店,大樹底下十字坡獨此一家。結果一上微博發(fā)現(xiàn)漫山遍野全是小清新——頓時內(nèi)心千萬匹那個什么馬奔騰而過,從此“蘿莉”變“御姐”,《1Q84》換《喪尸圍城》……蘋果手機其實也已如此——當蘋果公司拿出上世紀80年代紅富士席卷全國的姿態(tài)烽煙天下時;當一輛公交車30人,小清新才15枚,蘋果手機卻可找出20只時;當喬布斯病退,連汽車西站路邊擺攤貼膜的小哥都打出95折優(yōu)惠以示致敬時,你再把蘋果當回事,只能說你離俊杰還有距離。
可是當蘋果校園體驗中心接連“攻占”北京大學、浙江傳媒大學、浙大城市學院等高校的消息傳出后,還是有理論家大驚,認為象牙塔最后一條防線已被攻占,以后的孩子再去讀大學就相當于投敵。而且找出一堆例子來印證蘋果手機是奢侈品,比如說4只“蘋果”可以買2萬斤大米,足夠一個成年人吃30年,幸好袁隆平把雜交水稻畝產(chǎn)量提高到900公斤,否則大米就被蘋果擊敗了……對此,我們只能慶幸沒出生在埃塞俄比亞,據(jù)了解,那邊的難民營每天只能領到2頓稀的。
其實,蘋果經(jīng)銷商愿意進攻大學,將品牌意識擴散到未來消費群;同時學校也愿意接受這樣的商業(yè)申請,方便學生服務全!f到底,一個愿攻一個愿受,又干旁人何事?關鍵還是在于很多父母長者的思維還停留于大學還是一個潔白無瑕的地方,學生必須閉門苦修,最好能像《少林寺》里的李連杰,方丈一問“盡形壽、不飲酒,汝今能持否”,他立即開始搗蒜——只是這樣培育出的學生真的有用嗎?相信很多人在高中的作文本上都喊過類似的口號:假如你連這樣的誘惑都抵擋不了,怎么去抵擋人生路上的狂風暴雨?
為人父母者總是希望子女能安靜讀書,都認為自己的孩子還小需要庇護,可現(xiàn)在學生的意識形態(tài)并非那么簡單,也許就在我們在這討論蘋果手機會不會影響學生學習時,他們已經(jīng)開始考慮如何實踐信任、公平、包容,如何為社會體系尋找他們失去已久的東西——這些才是大學應該教育的。
