　尊敬的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、同志們：

　大家下午好！時光如梭，來單位工作的一年以來，在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)心、指導(dǎo)和同事們的幫助、支持下，我認(rèn)真履行高新區(qū)工作人員準(zhǔn)則并嚴(yán)格遵守單位的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，力爭使自己在思想覺悟和工作能力等各方面都得到提高。在本年度工作即將結(jié)束、新的一年即將來臨之際，我將自己一年來在思想、學(xué)習(xí)和工作方面的進(jìn)步與不足作如下總結(jié)。

　1、業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)方面作為辦公室的工作人員，工作內(nèi)容涉及面相對較廣，這就對工作人員自身的綜合素質(zhì)有著較高的要求。所以我利用閑暇時間學(xué)習(xí)了公務(wù)禮儀知識、辦公室日常管理制度等相關(guān)內(nèi)容，并對各業(yè)務(wù)股室的業(yè)務(wù)流程也進(jìn)行了了解和學(xué)習(xí)，對于不清楚的政策問題和業(yè)務(wù)辦理流程，我及時向相關(guān)股室的同事們請教，以便于更好地接待來訪群眾，盡可能正確地回答他們所咨詢的問題。同時在工作之余我自覺學(xué)習(xí)科技、管理、哲學(xué)、歷史等各方面的知識，培養(yǎng)自己在這些方面的興趣，以豐富的理論知識武裝頭腦并

　學(xué)以致用，堅(jiān)持把學(xué)習(xí)作為自我完善和提高的重要途徑，努力提高自身素質(zhì)。

　2、工作能力方面在工作中，我時時處處嚴(yán)格要求自己，服從高新區(qū)黨工委、管委會的統(tǒng)一指揮，有大局觀念，對工作不叫苦、不推諉，兢兢業(yè)業(yè)、腳踏實(shí)地；能夠嚴(yán)于律已，寬以待人，能正確地給自己定位，加強(qiáng)與同事間的思想交流，做到相互幫助、相互尊重、相互信任、以誠相待，與同事們都能很和睦融洽地相處，認(rèn)真完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的各項(xiàng)工作。但是對于還涉世未深的自己，在社會經(jīng)驗(yàn)和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)上還有很大的欠缺，在平時的工作中有些安于表面，缺乏工作的主動性、進(jìn)取心和責(zé)任心，更多時候只是奉命行事，落實(shí)任務(wù)，存在有主觀性、局限性和片面性，不能站在全局的高度來思考問題、處理矛盾。

　 通過領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指導(dǎo)和同事的幫助，我認(rèn)識到創(chuàng)新工作方法的重要性，慢慢學(xué)習(xí)抓住問題的主要矛盾和關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，求真務(wù)實(shí)，以服務(wù)群眾作為工作的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn)，努力強(qiáng)化工作措施。在日常工作中我要求自己要肯動腦筋，肯動筆頭，將要辦理的事件列一列，思考一下解決的方法和途徑；完成的事列一列，總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)；沒完成的事件列一列，分析一下原因，探討解決的辦法，逐步完善工作方法，力爭使自己的工作能力得到有效提高。

　回顧一年來的工作情況，我在思想、學(xué)習(xí)和工

　的關(guān)懷和同事的幫助。在新的一年的工作中，我將繼續(xù)發(fā)揚(yáng)自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，努力改正自己的缺點(diǎn)和不足，不斷加強(qiáng)政治理論學(xué)習(xí)，創(chuàng)新工作方法，提高工作效率和質(zhì)量，加強(qiáng)自身建設(shè)，提高服務(wù)能力，樹立求真務(wù)實(shí)、樂于奉獻(xiàn)的精神，真正做到自重、自省、自警、自勵，時刻以樹立干部良好形象為自己行動、處世的準(zhǔn)則，力爭使自己各方面的綜合能力再上一個新臺階。

　 x 年市直機(jī)關(guān)黨建工作總結(jié)和 x 年工作要點(diǎn)

　 一、x 年工作回顧

　 過去的一年，是我市發(fā)展遇到巨大困難和挑戰(zhàn)的一年。市直機(jī)關(guān)黨工委深入貫徹落實(shí)市委全會精神，深入開展創(chuàng)建“學(xué)習(xí)型、創(chuàng)新型、服務(wù)型”機(jī)關(guān)的活動，全面加強(qiáng)基層組織建設(shè)，強(qiáng)化機(jī)關(guān)黨員干部思想建設(shè)、組織建設(shè)和作風(fēng)建設(shè)，深入貫徹科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，圍繞中心、服務(wù)大局、開拓進(jìn)取、扎實(shí)工作，為臨江經(jīng)濟(jì)的大發(fā)展快發(fā)展提供了有力保障。

　 以加強(qiáng)政治理論學(xué)習(xí)為先導(dǎo)，全面提高市直機(jī)關(guān)黨員干部的整體素質(zhì)

　機(jī)關(guān)黨建是黨建工作的排頭兵、火車頭，是機(jī)關(guān)完成各自職責(zé)、促進(jìn)機(jī)關(guān)建設(shè)、保持政令暢通的重要保證，機(jī)關(guān)干部素質(zhì)的高低，直接影響著機(jī)關(guān)黨建工作的水平。x 年我們通過專家輔導(dǎo)、專題研討、黨課和教育

　培訓(xùn)等多種形式，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行“三會一課”制度，把“三會一課”制度和每周學(xué)習(xí)納入了機(jī)關(guān)黨建責(zé)任制考核內(nèi)容。組織黨員干部深入學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，學(xué)習(xí)黨的路線方針政策和國家法律法規(guī)，學(xué)習(xí)黨的歷史，學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化各方面知識。并結(jié)合國情和市情，定期開展形勢教育，引導(dǎo)機(jī)關(guān)黨員干部進(jìn)一步解放思想，堅(jiān)定信心，主動投身到“科學(xué)發(fā)展、加快振興、富民強(qiáng)市”的實(shí)踐中去。使基層黨組織成為對黨員干部進(jìn)行理論武裝和多方面知識培養(yǎng)的陣地。

　5 月 22 日，機(jī)關(guān)黨工委專門舉辦了黨務(wù)工作培訓(xùn)班。47 個支部的支部書記和組織委員參加了培訓(xùn)和考試，通過此次有針對性的培訓(xùn)，提高了黨務(wù)干部理論和業(yè)務(wù)工作水平。做到了學(xué)以致用，學(xué)用結(jié)合，理論指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐，全面促進(jìn)了各項(xiàng)工作的開展。

　 認(rèn)真開展學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀活動和主題實(shí)踐教育活動

　 在學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀活動當(dāng)中，我們通過深入開展調(diào)研、學(xué)習(xí)討論，就黨員干部關(guān)心的熱點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)問題以及黨工委工作欠缺的方面，廣泛征求意見，制定了整改方案，不斷創(chuàng)新機(jī)關(guān)黨建工作方法，轉(zhuǎn)變工作思路。一是把加強(qiáng)機(jī)關(guān)的思想作風(fēng)建設(shè)和提高黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)、廉政建設(shè)有機(jī)的結(jié)合起來，著力沖破思維障礙和觀念束縛，促進(jìn)工作由被動向主動方向轉(zhuǎn)變；二是由側(cè)重事務(wù)性工作向

　 引導(dǎo)性工作轉(zhuǎn)變，拓寬思路，推動機(jī)關(guān)黨建工作在原有基礎(chǔ)上取得新起色，切實(shí)把機(jī)關(guān)干部的思想統(tǒng)一到市委總體要求上來。

　 在開展學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀活動的同時，機(jī)關(guān)黨工委繼續(xù)認(rèn)真開展“提素質(zhì)、強(qiáng)本領(lǐng)、樹形象、創(chuàng)業(yè)績、建和諧”活動，開展了“樹社會新風(fēng)、建和諧臨江”等主題實(shí)踐活動，使和諧成為黨員干部的行為方式和價(jià)值取向。

　 進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)基層黨組織建設(shè)，充分發(fā)揮基層黨組織的凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力

　 1、推進(jìn)黨內(nèi)民主，保障黨員主體地位。x 年初開展了學(xué)習(xí)《黨員權(quán)利保障條例》主題活動，以落實(shí)黨員知情權(quán)、參與權(quán)、選舉權(quán)、監(jiān)督權(quán)為重點(diǎn)，積極推進(jìn)黨務(wù)公開，健全黨內(nèi)情況通報(bào)、黨內(nèi)情況反映、黨員表達(dá)意見渠道等制度，努力營造黨內(nèi)民主監(jiān)督的環(huán)境。

　 2、抓好班子和隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。x 年，對 12 個支部班子進(jìn)行了調(diào)整和補(bǔ)充，提高了機(jī)關(guān)基層黨組織的合力，并通過認(rèn)真考察新發(fā)展了 13 名黨員，增添了黨的新鮮血液。

　 加強(qiáng)反腐倡廉教育，提高黨員干部的自律意識，

　 x 年，市直機(jī)關(guān)反腐倡廉工作著重解決了黨風(fēng)政風(fēng)、勤政廉政方面的突出問題，切實(shí)加強(qiáng)了對權(quán)利運(yùn)行的制約和監(jiān)督，確保權(quán)利在陽光下運(yùn)行。

　 1、認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)貫徹中紀(jì)委會議精神，按照市紀(jì)委

　的部署注重治本、注重預(yù)防、注重制度建設(shè)，把反腐敗工作納入各支部工作的重要議事日程。

　 2、圍繞我市重點(diǎn)工作，充分發(fā)揮黨組織的監(jiān)督和服務(wù)職能，配合有關(guān)部門加強(qiáng)對法律法規(guī)、政策落實(shí)和執(zhí)行情況的監(jiān)督檢查，確保政令暢通。

　 3、運(yùn)用先進(jìn)典型開展示范教育和反面案件的警示教育，鞏固了先進(jìn)性教育成果。抓好黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)責(zé)任制的落實(shí)，完善責(zé)任制，細(xì)化考核內(nèi)容，健全考核機(jī)制，突出責(zé)任追究。不斷拓展從源頭上防治腐敗工作的領(lǐng)域，做到用制度管權(quán)、管事、管人。x 年給予 1 人黨內(nèi)警告處分。2 人行政警告處分。

　加強(qiáng)機(jī)關(guān)作風(fēng)建設(shè)

　 機(jī)關(guān)作風(fēng)是黨風(fēng)政風(fēng)以及行風(fēng)的綜合反映，機(jī)關(guān)要成為服務(wù)型，創(chuàng)新型機(jī)關(guān)，必須有嚴(yán)格的紀(jì)律約束。x年 3 月份開始，我們聯(lián)合了紀(jì)檢委、人事局、組織部等部門分成四組，采取明察暗訪的形式，就出勤情況、工作情況進(jìn)行了多次檢查。不定期對機(jī)關(guān)紀(jì)律進(jìn)行了整頓，嚴(yán)格考勤和作息時間，全面加大治庸工作力度。6 月份召開了支部書記例會，著重強(qiáng)調(diào)了機(jī)關(guān)作風(fēng)存在的問題，對機(jī)關(guān)作風(fēng)建設(shè)作了具體部署和要求。經(jīng)過整頓，機(jī)關(guān)干部的工作作風(fēng)有了明顯改善。

　 以活動為載體推動機(jī)關(guān)文化建設(shè)，豐富了機(jī)關(guān)

　文化生活

　 x 年，我們以“構(gòu)建和諧，增強(qiáng)體魄，促進(jìn)發(fā)展”為主題，用豐富的機(jī)關(guān)文化生活，培養(yǎng)干部拼搏精神和協(xié)作精神，營造了團(tuán)結(jié)友愛、和諧進(jìn)取、健康文明的機(jī)關(guān)工作氛圍。

　4 月 2

　日組織市直機(jī)關(guān)、街道、中省直單位工作人員到烈士陵園參加祭掃。五一前夕，組織機(jī)關(guān)干部在臥虎山開展了義務(wù)植樹活動。6 月 25 日，與國土資源局共同舉辦了慶“七一暨紀(jì)念全國第 19 個土地日”文藝演出。9 月份舉辦了國慶60 周年系列活動：9 月 3 日舉行了“瑪瑙泉杯”乒乓球比賽。9 月 16 日在文化宮舉行了第二屆“祖國頌”演講比賽。9 月29 日在市政府廣場舉行了“臨江市各界人民群眾慶祝建國60 周年紅歌演唱會”。10 月 18 日，與老年體協(xié)共同舉辦了首屆老年人乒乓球比賽。通過活動的開展，展示了機(jī)關(guān)干部積極向上的精神風(fēng)貌。

　 同志們，在看到成績的同時，也應(yīng)該清醒的看到我們存在的問題，認(rèn)識到新形勢新任務(wù)給機(jī)關(guān)黨建工作提出了更高的要求。主要是：黨務(wù)工作者自身素質(zhì)、能力有待提高；有的支部對機(jī)關(guān)黨建工作重要性認(rèn)識不足，對黨建工作存在弱化、邊緣化的現(xiàn)象，黨建工作責(zé)任制落得不實(shí)；一些基層黨組織戰(zhàn)斗堡壘作用不強(qiáng)，個別黨員先鋒模范作用不

　明顯；有的黨務(wù)干部精神狀態(tài)不佳，不能擺正和正確處理黨務(wù)工作和業(yè)務(wù)工作的關(guān)系；黨建工作經(jīng)費(fèi)落實(shí)不到位。對于這些問題，需要我們認(rèn)真研究，切實(shí)加以改進(jìn)，不斷提高機(jī)關(guān)黨建工作水平。

　二、x 年工作要點(diǎn)

　今年，機(jī)關(guān)黨建工作的總體思路是：以鄧小平理論和“x”重要思想為指導(dǎo)，深入貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，全面落實(shí)市委六屆七次全會精神，以黨的執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)和先進(jìn)性建設(shè)為主線，全面建設(shè)為民、務(wù)實(shí)、清廉機(jī)關(guān)，推進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)型黨組織的建設(shè)，為臨江經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和社會事業(yè)大發(fā)展快發(fā)展總體部署提供政治動力和組織保證。

　 第一、加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)基層黨組織建設(shè)

　 我們要牢牢把握“服務(wù)中心、建設(shè)隊(duì)伍”兩大任務(wù)，不斷提高黨組織的影響力、凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力，充分發(fā)揮黨建工作的引領(lǐng)示范作用，努力使基層黨建在圍繞中心、促進(jìn)科學(xué)發(fā)展上走在前頭；在增強(qiáng)素質(zhì)、提高執(zhí)行能力上走在前頭；在改進(jìn)作風(fēng)、服務(wù)群眾上走在前頭；在激發(fā)活力、發(fā)展黨內(nèi)民主上走在前頭；在發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢、構(gòu)建和諧機(jī)關(guān)上走在前頭。

　 x 年要健全和完善黨建工作制度，嚴(yán)格落實(shí)黨建工作責(zé)任制，按照務(wù)實(shí)易行、統(tǒng)籌兼顧、分類指導(dǎo)的原則，完善黨建工作考核評價(jià)體系；加強(qiáng)黨務(wù)干部的業(yè)務(wù)能力建

　設(shè)。做好積極分子的培養(yǎng)，做好新黨員的發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)正，做好黨員發(fā)展的卷宗，保管好黨員發(fā)展的各種材料，及時足額交納黨費(fèi)；摸清黨員底數(shù)，及時上報(bào)黨員有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，健全本單位黨員數(shù)據(jù)庫；加強(qiáng)流動黨員的管理，杜絕口袋黨員和流失黨員，要按照建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型黨組織的要求，定期對黨員干部進(jìn)行教育培訓(xùn)。我們計(jì)劃在 4 月末，舉辦一次黨建工作培訓(xùn)班。

　 第二、全面落實(shí)績效考核工作任務(wù)

　 x 年，我市開展績效考核評估工作，這是強(qiáng)化機(jī)關(guān)工作作風(fēng)，提升服務(wù)水平，落實(shí)任務(wù)，促進(jìn)臨江經(jīng)濟(jì)大發(fā)展快發(fā)展的重要舉措。全市績效考核辦公室設(shè)在機(jī)關(guān)黨工委，黨建工作是績效考核的中心工作內(nèi)容。這就要求我們所屬機(jī)關(guān)支部要高度重視，認(rèn)真落實(shí)績效考核評估的各項(xiàng)工作指標(biāo)，責(zé)任到人，加強(qiáng)本單位的黨建工作，提升黨組織的凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力。績效考核評估辦公室已創(chuàng)辦“績效考評簡報(bào)”，為各單位績效考核提供信息平臺。

　 第三、認(rèn)真落實(shí)市委 “三項(xiàng)工程”建設(shè)任務(wù)

　按照市委下發(fā)的《中共臨江市委關(guān)于落實(shí)農(nóng)村基層組織建設(shè)“三項(xiàng)工程”具體措施的意見》的要求，結(jié)合《中共臨江市委關(guān)于建立農(nóng)村基層黨組織建設(shè)“三項(xiàng)工程”縣級黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部包保幫扶責(zé)任制的通知》的文件精神。各包保支部一定要明確責(zé)任，提高認(rèn)識，全面整合各種資源，統(tǒng)籌考慮，狠抓落實(shí)，力爭取得實(shí)實(shí)在在的效果。沒有三項(xiàng)工程

　包保任務(wù)的支部，要積極開展“深入基層，聯(lián)系群眾”活動。真正在老百姓面前樹立起親民、愛民、惠民的良好形象，切實(shí)體現(xiàn)服務(wù)基層、方便百姓的誠意。

　 第四、不斷創(chuàng)新黨內(nèi)生活內(nèi)容和形式

　 一是方式要創(chuàng)新。今年，機(jī)關(guān)黨工委將在鴨綠江網(wǎng)站上開辟機(jī)關(guān)黨建網(wǎng)頁，積極探索用社會主義核心價(jià)值體系的主旋律，推出一批先進(jìn)典型，引領(lǐng)社會道德風(fēng)尚。充分運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)這一平臺，宣傳我市優(yōu)秀基層黨組織、黨務(wù)工作者和黨員的先進(jìn)事跡，展示優(yōu)秀科室積極向上的風(fēng)貌，增強(qiáng)工作積極性和自豪感。

　 二是方法要創(chuàng)新。在改進(jìn)機(jī)關(guān)作風(fēng)和“三項(xiàng)工程”建設(shè)工作開展的過程中，計(jì)劃拍攝兩個專題片。暫定每個專題片三到五集，翔實(shí)地記錄我市機(jī)關(guān)支部在改進(jìn)機(jī)關(guān)作風(fēng)和“三項(xiàng)工程”建設(shè)工作中好的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與成果。促進(jìn)機(jī)關(guān)干部以更加積極地態(tài)度，更加務(wù)實(shí)地作風(fēng)全力為臨江的經(jīng)濟(jì)大發(fā)展快發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。

　 三是內(nèi)容要創(chuàng)新。要倡導(dǎo)求真務(wù)實(shí)之風(fēng)。各基層黨組織要定期組織機(jī)關(guān)干部走出機(jī)關(guān)、走進(jìn)群眾，問政于民、問需于民、問計(jì)于民。每年要結(jié)合工作實(shí)際完成 1 篇以上高質(zhì)量的調(diào)研報(bào)告;要倡導(dǎo)親民為民之風(fēng)。機(jī)關(guān)黨員干部要增強(qiáng)公仆意識、服務(wù)意識，設(shè)身處地為基層著想，千方百計(jì)地幫助群眾解決困難。要建立和完善黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部基層黨建聯(lián)

　系點(diǎn)制度。要定期深入聯(lián)系點(diǎn)，開展黨建調(diào)研，解決實(shí)際問題，努力把聯(lián)系點(diǎn)建成示范點(diǎn)。要倡導(dǎo)負(fù)責(zé)敬業(yè)之風(fēng)，機(jī)關(guān)黨員干部要樹立正確的事業(yè)觀、人生觀、政績觀，時刻牢記黨和人民的重托，以高度負(fù)責(zé)的精神履職盡責(zé)；要倡導(dǎo)艱苦奮斗之風(fēng)，要經(jīng)常組織開展黨史、黨風(fēng)和黨的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)教育，引導(dǎo)廣大機(jī)關(guān)黨員自覺牢記黨的宗旨，艱苦樸素，勤儉敬業(yè)，維護(hù)黨和政府的良好形象。

　 第五、加大機(jī)關(guān)作風(fēng)建設(shè)和反腐倡廉建設(shè)力度

　 x 機(jī)關(guān)效能建設(shè)工作總結(jié)及工作計(jì)劃

　根據(jù)委、政府及上級主管部門關(guān)于開展機(jī)關(guān)效能建設(shè)工作的要求，我局緊密結(jié)合黨的 x 教育實(shí)踐活動，深入開展機(jī)關(guān)效能建設(shè)活動，加快民營經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展目標(biāo)，認(rèn)真履行工作職能，求真務(wù)實(shí)、迎難而上，取得了較好的成績�，F(xiàn)將我局 x 年度機(jī)關(guān)效能建設(shè)工作情況總結(jié)如下：

　 一、活動開展基本情況和主要做法

　 嚴(yán)密組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè)。為加強(qiáng)對機(jī)關(guān)效能建設(shè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，切實(shí)把效能建設(shè)工作抓緊、抓好、落到實(shí)處，我局成立了機(jī)關(guān)效能建設(shè)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，由局長任組長，分管副職任副組長，并指定專人負(fù)責(zé)日常工作。及時召開了全局干部職工動員大會，組織學(xué)習(xí)討論，進(jìn)一步統(tǒng)一思想，充分認(rèn)識開展機(jī)關(guān)效能建設(shè)的重要性和必要性。

　 結(jié)合工作職責(zé)，嚴(yán)抓工作作風(fēng)。我局結(jié)合教育

　實(shí)踐活動整改落實(shí)工作，制定了《民營企業(yè)管理局開展機(jī)關(guān)效能建設(shè)專項(xiàng)整治工作實(shí)施方案》，明確了開展機(jī)關(guān)效能建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)思想、主要內(nèi)容、目標(biāo)要求和工作措施以及工作步驟，為該項(xiàng)工作的具體實(shí)施提供了有力的依據(jù)，把增強(qiáng)雷厲風(fēng)行、積極作為和提升工作效能觀念轉(zhuǎn)化為服務(wù)發(fā)展、服務(wù)基層、服務(wù)群眾的實(shí)際行動，強(qiáng)化了各級落實(shí)工作的責(zé)任感和到位率。
